NAKMAS appointments and promotions

INTRODUCTION

With over a decade of involvement and experience in a variety of Martial Arts styles, Badshah now runs his own clubs as Chief Instructor. Badshah is a member of World Board of Black Belts and is CRB cleared NAKMAS approved Instructor and Examiner, with a number of Black Belts in a variety of Martial Arts Disciplines:

* Black Belt 3rd Dan in Tang Soo Do
* Black Belt 1st Dan in Karate
* Black Belt 1st Dan in Praying Mantis Kung Fu

The Martial Artts training itself is composed of and based on a number of Traditional Martial Arts styles such as Karate, Kung Fu and Tang Soo Do.

Your will learn a variety of:

Combat Training Drills
Self Defence Techniques
Spectacular Kicks and combinations
Attack and Block techniques
Katas and forms to help you progress to your Black Belt.

All at differing levels to suit you at your level of progression !

Baash's Karate caters for everyone from beginners to advanced level and is particuarly good for all over body workouts and is excellent for developing both body and mind. Everyone is welcome!

Elsecar School, Elsecar every Monday starting at 4pm
