Details: NAKMAS Deputy Chair, Richard Fowler 5th Dan teaches this specialised course to those who are brown and black belts 18 years and over. £15 per person include course instruction and NAKMAS certificate. Starts 11am till 2pm.

Event: W.N.O judo contest

Details: Welsh National Open Judo Contest, hosted by risca School of Judo, for all ages 5yrs +. Registration £5 per ccompetitor starting at 10 am weigh in from 9:30 am.
