NAKMAS appointments and promotions

CRB – DISCLOSURE APPLICATIONS - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The following Statement has been issued by the Sandra J Beale NAKMAS Director of Operations / Lead Signatory for CRB:

The disclosure applications for the Criminal Records Bureau have been redesigned and the new forms (purple) MUST be used from 20 July 2010 onwards. New forms are now being issued with current guidelines from NAKMAS. If you have any old forms please ensure they are sent into NAKMAS by Monday 12 July 2010 at the latest for processing. Any old forms received after this date will be returned to the applicant with id minus the £5 special delivery return fee. All old forms and guidelines including the purple booklets should be confidentially destroyed (ie, shredded or burnt), and new ones requested.

Forms for clubs in Scotland will not change for now.
