The sharing of confidential information and documentation is essential to the running of the NAKMAS National Governing Body.

NAKMAS regards Chief Instructors, Secretaries and Welfare Officers as key members of NAKMAS. It is therefore important that from time time to time, NAKMAS needs to issue confidential documentation and share some sensitive information, which is why NAKMAS has set up two secure members areas; one for Chief Instructors and Secretaries and the other one specifically for Welfare Officers.

To join the members area, send an email to NAKMAS using one of the following links below that is relevant to you. You will soon receive log in details to the secure area of this website.

Please note that the secure areas of this website for both Management and Welfare, are fully responsive and Google friendly, but it may be better to access the secure areas via a computer or laptop as downloadable files and data will not be easy for you to access or read on a smart phone or tablet.

Please send your email to one of the following in order to receive your username and password, but remember to include your NAKMAS club/group registration code, as without it, we are unable to deal with your request.

While there is a member of staff or Management available as far as possible, during office hours, there are times when we use an intimate call centre. This is mostly first thing, last thing, at lunchtimes or in times of sickness or leave. If you leave them your name, club code, contact number and a brief message, we will endeavour to return your call as soon as we are available. Alternatively you can drop us an email to which we can respond instead.
