NAKMAS Website “Trademarks” Statement

The name ‘NAKMAS’ and the NAKMAS logo being the Trademark of the NAKMAS National Governing Body also shown separately on its own throughout this website and used in any context here are and remain the intellectual property of the NAKMAS National Governing Body.
 
All other trademarks depicted or referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners and any unauthorised use taken from within this website is prohibited. Any intention to use third party trademarks should not be done without first obtaining permission directly from their owner.

The use of a term should not be regarded as affecting the validity of any licensed trademark, registered trademark or trade name.

The absence of a name or logo does not constitute a waiver of any and all intellectual property rights that the NAKMAS National Governing Body has established in any of its products, features, service names or logos.

Every effort has been made to ensure that where necessary, any trademarks have been appropriately referred to within this website.

The NAKMAS National Governing Body fully reserves the right to use any of its own or legitimately associated names and design concepts from any Original Material it has itself created in any present or future development of this website or linked self-owned publication without further credit.
